The cluster member competences in this area are represented by a number of unique enterprises implementing innovative projects in cutting-edge scientific research areas many of which remain unparalleled across Russia. For instance, OOO JoinTechCell is successfully implementing a project on application of cell technologies to regenerative medicine. In the absence of any domestic equivalents and the availability of an expensive registered foreign products in the domestic market JoinTechSell can dramatically alter the regenerative medicine market in Russia.

OOO EcoFilter is an experienced developer and manufacturer of high-tech equipment which allows gas cleaning, dust elimination and vacuum dust collection. The company manufactures a wide range of pulse jet bag filters for aspiration and dust collection systems equivalent to FRI and FRIP filters, etc., as well as filters having vibration and shaking systems which successfully replace the corresponding bag and pocket filters such as INFA-MATE (SovPlym) and comprehensive solutions for the design and installation of aspiration and fixed vacuum dust collection systems to ensure and achieve the maximum allowable concentration of dust in the workplace and maximum allowable emissions of dust into the atmosphere. The filters and filtration equipment produced by the company are used by almost all cluster member manufacturers in cleanroom cleaning and water filtration systems, etc.

OOO Liston is a company engaged in the development, certification, production and promotion of medical equipment – centrifuges, distillers, germicidal chambers, needle destructors, etc. – under the Liston brand to the Russian and international markets. In 2013, the company successfully underwent certification testing to ISO 13485:2003 (Medical device manufacturer's quality management system). A number of product lines are certified for use in European Union Countries. The equipment is supplied to many countries including Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Italy.

The project implemented by OOO Sanatmetall CIS aims to set up production in the field of traumatology, orthopedics and neurological surgery, including endoprostheses, implants and devices for intramedullary osteosynthesis.

The development, production and wider use in clinical practice of modern high-quality diagnostic test systems for laboratory diagnosis of the most important infectious diseases in humans (HIV, viral hepatitis, syphilis and other sexually transmitted infections, TORCH infections, etc.) is one of the most important areas of activities of NIARMEDIC which has established production of diagnostic kits in accordance with GMP standards.

The company was the first in Russia to develop and promote wide use in the healthcare sector of highly standardized modern methods based on a passive hemagglutination reaction (PHR) and rapid plasma reagin (RPR) – a screening blood test for syphilis.

The company became the first domestic manufacturer licensed by Abbott Diagnostics/Abbott Murex (USA-UK) to produce EIA screening tests that simultaneously detect antigen and HIV antibodies.

Since 2004 , the company has produced confirmatory HIV and Hepatitis C virus tests on the basis of genetically engineered proteantigen using linear immunoblotting method under license from Innogenetics (Belgium). Since 2009, NIARMEDIC was licensed by Abbott Molecular to produce and supply to Russian healthcare institutions the Abbott RealTime HIV-1 for the quantitation of Human Immunodeficiency Virus type 1.
