Achieve the Kaluga region, noted at the Forum "Open innovations"
26 October 2016 in the framework of the V annual forum "Open innovations" was held a panel session on "Cluster policy to a new level" chaired by the state Secretary - Deputy Minister of economic development of the Russian Federation O. V. Fomichev. The main topic of discussion was the presentation of the official results of the competition a priority project of the Ministry of economic development "innovation clusters - leaders of investment attractiveness of world level".
The Director of the Department of innovative development Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation A. E. Shadrin in his speech announced the results of the competition, the results of which innovative cluster in Kaluga region "Pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and Biomedicine" declared the winner. A. E. Shadrin cited the example of the Kaluga oblast, which is known at the Federal level as an impeccable leader in the formation of automotive and pharmaceutical clusters. He also noted a high position in Kaluga region in the ranking of the regions with a favorable investment climate.

The technological focus of the Forum was presented on 4 showrooms. The presentation of opportunities for development and serial production of science-intensive products of JSC "ORPE "Technologiya" in the name of A. G. Romashin" included in the exhibition of the Agency of innovative regions of Russia. Being the anchor company of the cluster AKOTEKH, the company submitted a joint with "PORCHER INDUSTRIES" project of creation of sound-absorbing constructions from polymeric composite materials for aircraft engines aircraft family Sukhoi Superjet (France). The development is aimed at solving the problem of reducing aircraft noise on the ground in accordance with international standards and passed the audit of EASA (European aviation safety Agency) according to standard EN 9100.
Cooperation between the leading manufacturer of technical textiles and CVTs "Technology" began over a decade ago in the period of development and production of fairings claranet carrier "proton". It was then that "PORCHER INDUSTRIES" became a supplier of carbon fabrics for the company. This work was for the French company "pilot project" in Russia. Currently, the Obninsk enterprise is one of the main consumers of carbon fiber manufactured by the factory "Porsche Modern Materials". The successful partnership of these high-tech companies have become the basis of a "Cluster aerospace technology of polymeric composite materials and structures in Kaluga region" (Association AKOTEKH).

The project is aimed at identifying the subjects of the Russian Federation – the areas where innovative territorial clusters, which will become direct subjects of the Federal support measures on the part of the Ministry of economic development, and other departments and development institutions. The main objective is to provide a higher rate of growth based on the achievement clusters of the global level of investment attractiveness, effectiveness of business support and embedding in the global value chain.
